Sunrise Breakfast on the top of the Stawamus Chief

hiking tour overlooking howe sound in squamish

New for 2018, we are offering a Sunrise Breakfast from the Top of of the Stawamus Chief.

Brandon, one of our guides and two awesome clients, share their experiences on this adventure below.

——–

We started the morning early to watch the sun peak over the mountains. At the start of the hike, we were following lower Shannon falls where lush forests, large granite rocks, and the sound of rushing water created a true west coast experience. An adventurous climb brought us to the first peak of the Stawamus Chief, where we had unforgettable views of the Howe sound, coastal mountain range, and Squamish.

We enjoyed the views with breakfast including: coffee, yogurt, mixed berries, bagels & cream cheese and granola. After breakfast, we descended down the trail and still had the rest of the day to adventure or rest. It was awesome to start early before most people are up and enjoy the view all to ourselves with good food, coffee, and good people.

What a day !

Kayak Guided Tour in Squamish

It is hard to believe, that summer is just around the corner in Squamish. We have seen a couple big snow days over the holiday season but not much snow since then. I have seen a couple mountain bikers out on the lower trails. We have some new guest experiences for the 2018 season, that we are looking forward to. Some of the highlights are:

  1. Options for a 27.5″ or a 29″ wheel for the Norco Sight Rental Bikes
  2. Increased sizes for youth bikes to cover 26′, 24′ and 20′ wheel sizes.
  3. Two or three day overnight kayak tours on the Howe Sound along the Sea to SKy Marine Trail.

We have a couple other new projects underway and look forward to releasing them.
